  • Who are these courses for?

    The Learning Vault courses are designed for beginners, self-taught artists, and working pros who want real, practical training—without the pressure or the price tag. Whether you're starting fresh or refining your skills, these courses are made to meet you where you're at.

  • Do I need previous experience?

    Not at all! Our Classic, Brow Lamination, and Lash Lift & Tint courses are beginner-friendly. The Pro Made Volume course is also suitable for beginners or those who’ve completed Classic training and want to level up.

  • Whats the go with kits?

    No kits, and that’s intentional. We’ve designed these courses to be more affordable and flexible—whether you’re brand new or already lashing. Many of our students already have tools, and if you’re just starting out, we’ll guide you with clear product recommendations. This way, you can use what you have or build your kit at your own pace, without paying for extras you don’t need.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    You get lifetime access to your course, so you can revisit the content whenever you need a refresher.

  • Is there a certificate?

    Yes. You'll receive a downloadable certificate upon completion of each course to recognise your training.

  • Do I need to submit models or case studies?

    No model submissions or assessments required. Learn at your own pace, build your skills, and feel confident applying what you’ve learned in real life.

  • Is there any support available if I get stuck?

    Absolutely. You’ll have access to our private student support group where you can ask questions, get feedback, and connect with other artists.

  • What course should I do first?

    If you're just starting out, we recommend beginning with The Classic Vault or The Pro Made Vault—both are beginner-friendly and give you a strong foundation to build your skills and confidence. Already lashing or looking to upskill? Pro Made, Lash Lift & Tint, and Brow Lamination are perfect for refining your technique and expanding your service menu. Choose what aligns best with your goals—each course is designed to help you grow.

  • Can I pay in instalments?
